The DropTop Duo 24″ Light gives you the dual-monitor home office setup with the freedom to install your own screens and tech. Quality soft-open pistons and high-quality hinges support up to 50kg with no movement. A 2cm cable cavity behind the back panel keeps all the cables hidden, and the back panel is drillable so your monitor mounts, docking station, and accessories go precisely where you need them. Colour-matched cover caps conceal all fixings for a clean, considered finish throughout.

What’s it made of?
DropTop is built from EGGER MFC board, the same material chosen by the world’s leading interior designers and architects for premium interiors. It looks and feels stunning, resists scratches, abrasion and fading, and carries antimicrobial surface properties. And the main reason we love it is because it is carbon negative: the wood stores more CO₂ than is emitted during its production and transport.
What EGGER have achieved is genuinely remarkable: a board that performs without compromises in every measurable way – scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, colour retention, structural integrity – while being built almost entirely from recycled wood and forestry by-products. It was once considered an impossible combination, they proved otherwise. All wood is from verified, legal sources and all plants are FSC and PEFC certified. Plasterboard
Our heavy-duty plasterboard fixings spread the load across a wider surface area, so you never need to worry about weight limits or hunting for a stud. Fixings and drill bits are included. Just drill, hang and enjoy.
Double plasterboard
Two layers of plasterboard bonded together create a surprisingly solid wall and DropTop installs on them with ease. Our specialist fixings bite firmly into the combined depth for a secure, no-compromise mount. Same simple process, same everything-included kit.
Brick wall
The most straightforward installation of all. Brick walls are solid, reliable, and DropTop goes straight in with no compromise. Everything from drill-bits, screws and wall plugs rated for the job is in the box.
Dot & dab
These walls have a solid surface of block, brick, or concrete sitting directly behind the plasterboard. It’s a simple, clean installation straight through into that solid backing, giving you a rock-solid mount. Everything you need, including drill bits, comes in the box.
Renter friendly
DropTop is designed for easy, low-impact removal, ideal for renters. When it’s time to move out, simply take the desk down and fill the small fixing holes for a clean, barely noticeable finish. No specialist tools or skills needed. Create your space with confidence, knowing you can restore the wall and protect your deposit.
