We aim to make purchasing your new DropTop Desk as smooth and transparent as possible, wherever you are ordering from.

🇬🇧 Delivering to the United Kingdom

UK delivery is free, and the prices shown are inclusive of 20% UK VAT. The price you see at checkout is the full and final price you will pay, inclusive of all taxes and fees.
When your order is ready, you will be emailed a DHL tracking code where you can schedule delivery slots. Delivery time is usually 1-2 days for mainland UK.

🇺🇸 Delivering to the United States

The prices shown to customers in the United States include import duties, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address and the size and weight of your desk. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout.
When your order is ready, you will be emailed a DHL tracking code. You can track the order from leaving the UK to arriving in the US and clearing customs, and you can also schedule delivery slots. This process usually takes 3-5 days from when it leaves our manufacturing facility.

🌍 Delivering everywhere else

The prices shown outside the UK and the US exclude any taxes. The 20% UK VAT has been automatically removed and your purchase is subject to your local import taxes. When your order arrives at your country’s customs office, DHL will contact you with an import tax bill to pay.
The cost will depend on your country’s tax rates, but in most cases it is lower than the 20% UK VAT that has been automatically deducted already. To estimate the cost please visit our International Shipping and Taxes page, where you will find a guidance table of estimated duties and taxes.
Please note: we have no control over these rates and these costs are not taken by Pith & Stem.

Shipping and Delivery Details

Every DropTop is made to order in our own manufacturing facility in Britain.
We schedule DHL collections 3 times a week to minimise our carbon footprint, allowing us to ship hundreds of desks a month.
We use less than 1% plastics in our packaging; almost everything is recycled or recyclable cardboard.
